Adventures in Music Summer Camp

Guenevere Finley, a native of Kennett Square, grew up singing and making music with her family.  At Kennett High School, she took advantage of every opportunity to perform and went on to receive a Bachelors of Music Education from West Chester University with a concentration in Voice.  Guenevere now teaches music at Upland Country Day School to children in grades PK-9 in both general music, small instrumental ensembles and choruses.   When she is not teaching at Upland, Guenevere mentors young musicians in private voice and piano lessons and performs her original music at local venues.  Guenevere currently resides in Wilmington, DE with her supportive husband Josh and their dog Shadow and is very excited about directing the 2nd year of Adventures in Music Summer Camp.

Sisters, Sisters, there were never such devoted sisters... you guessed it! Becca and Guen are quite the musical pair!  Growing up in a musical family, Becca began her music career at the age of 13 writing songs and performing wherever she could.  Along with her brilliant song writing, Becca was very involved in musical theater when she was in school and continues to perform locally with her family.  Becca went on to become a Certified Massage Therapist and now works with special needs children at Elwyn Davidson School in Media.  She has two beautiful daughters, Zaria and Zula and has a musical home with them in Kennett Square, PA.
